One of the town's green spaces opposite the Rue du Poitou off the east side of Rue de Touraine.
From Cherbourg take the D650 SW to Octeville. Take the Avenue de Normandie east then the Rue de Touraine south. The monument is on the eastern side of the road opposite the Rue du Poitou turn-off.
