From Saint Etienne take the D8 and D6 to their end.
In memory of the US Dakota's five crew members and the fifteen wounded Allied and German soldiers who died in the November 1st 1944 crash.

They were under the responsibility of nurse Lieutenant Aleda D. Lutz DFC who became the first US service-member to die in operations during WWII.
